Property did not have amenities advertised such as the gym, spa, or air conditioning. The staff gave excuses why they didn’t have. Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no. If you advertise it and I buy it, you need to provide it or refund the money you took by false advertising.

A wonderful stay in the hands of wonderful people

This is a great B&B in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world. It is in a very ancient building with lots of history. It is family owned and managed, and it is by far the best B&B place I have been to. Rooms are overly clean, tidy, and the owners went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family (including a 16 months baby) in the room. They even thought of adding a microwave oven to heat baby food, which is not standard equipment in their room. Breakfast is great, with unlimited cappuccino and espresso prepared on the fly by the owners. Great people, great business. I will be back there every time I will be in Florence, either for business or leisure.

Good Value but dated residence

The residence is out from the city centre so you need to get the nearby bus or train to see the tourist attractions. Being out of the centre, for me, is an advantage as you are among the locals and get a more authentic experience. My room was dated, but clean, and overall it was still good value for the price I paid. Angelo is an excellent host and very helpful. I stayed for one week. The one negative was that when I arrived they informed me that they had overbooked and they had arranged for me to stay in a nearby bnb for the first night. Although this was probably nicer than the actual accommodation I had booked it is not something you expect when you have booked and paid for over a month in advance. This stopped me giving it a higher rating. Overall, good value accommodation in a city where it is difficult to find in peak season.

O Hotel é bem antigo e simples, não possui elevador. Reservamos 2 quartos mas ao chegarmos nos colocaram em um único quarto. Para compensar o engano o proprietário não nos cobrou as taxas e incluiu o café da manhã. O casal de proprietários é extremamente simpático e nos auxiliaram o tempo todo com dicas.

Very clean and simple B&B. The location is in a quite area within 20 min walk from the center. The breakfast was not enough though: bread, butter, cakes, jogurt and coffee.

Fantastic.

The only thing that i thought was so weird about this place was that the check in finishes at 5pm which is so unusual for a hotel, bed and breakfast. Everything else was fantastic! the staff were so kind! The breakfast is fab that have little snacks in the room (minibar) that you pay for but they're cheap. Did come across a few mosquitoes but no big deal. Fantastic tv, bathroom a little small butagain not that big of a deal. Not too many places close to eat, but getting food delivery is not hard in Firenze.

A hospedagem (embora paga) não ocorreu!

Foi feita e paga antecipadamente a reserva, porém ao chegar ao hotel, com a esposa e todas as bagagens, me informaram que não haviam quartos disponíveis. Nos conduziram a um B&B nas proximidades, e lá nos alojaram em um quarto minúsculo (mal cabia a cama e o banheiro era dificil de usar devido as dimensões), sem o café da manhã, e a 30 metros da ferrovia principal, ou seja, dormir só era possível após muito cansaço. Ou seja, tudo aquilo que constava da reserva, fotos dos quartos, descrição dos serviços, etc., não existiram, pelo menos para nós. Nos pareceu tratar-se de uma prática comum deste estabelecimento. Não recomendo.

Hotel à éviter, le personnel est très désagréable.

Nous avons eu une annulation de vol, nous avons prévenu l'hôtel par mail que nous arriverions le lendemain, il nous à été répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Une fois sur place la personne à l'accueil nous à dit sur un ton agacé que la chambre était REvendue et que nous "faisions des problèmes". HOTEL A EVITER, ils n'hésitent pas à arnaquer leur clients.
