very nice hotel, the only reason for not 5 star is that our room was very close to reception and we found it quite noisy, phone ringing early, talking guests and activity. The other small detail is the extra flight of stairs where elevator stops ,(we managed but not ideal for some guests who might find his difficult), room was attractive, breakfast exceptional, and location is perfect!

We had an unforgettable stay at Relais Uffizi! The room was beautiful, very comfortable bed and linens. The most important part amazing air conditioning. We love our AC and it’s cold! The breakfast was really good, with a beautiful view of the square. Very walkable area close to everything. The people here are top notch very good customer service. Thank you!

A very nice hotel off of a small alleyway. Great location. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfast was delicious with the dining area overlooking Piazza Signoria. The room was nice, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and with a large shower but bathrobes were not provided as stated. The room overlooked another roof. A better view would have been preferred but we didn't actually spend much time in the room. Staff was friendly.

This was an absolute hidden gem. The young woman who checked us in was so welcoming, she was the star of an exceptional staff. While hidden down an alley, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & beautiful, Our new favorite place in Florence!

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all major attractions. Staff and breakfast was excellent, they prepared and packed breakfast for us on two mornings when we had to leave early for day trip and for early flight. The only thing is entrance is a bit tucked away which is actually good. Felt like luxury rooms and bathrooms to us. Now if you are used to Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons this is still a 4 star tailored hotel (not a 5 star) and for us the service was 5 star!!

Charming boutique hotel. Ample-sized bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was above expectations, and if you’re lucky you’ll get a table with a view of the Piazza della Signora. Would absolutely stay here again.

Always an enjoyable stay at this little gem! The location is perfect and accommodations are lovely. We have always been lucky enough to get the larger rooms, and know some have complained about the size of some rooms, but for the location, service and atmosphere of hotel, I think it’s always a great value.

Great for my family of four with ample space and the location is super convenient to walk the city. Only downside was that WiFi wasn’t reliable but perhaps that’s a challenge anywhere because everything is made of thick stone walls.

The staff are very nice and attentive. Amazing room created inside a historical building with nice classic vipe. The room is well kept. Very minor issue if your gadgets are different from Italian sockets. Found that even if i use the international converter, the sockets that are the 3 holes standard in Italy will not work. This means the available working sockets is less (only 2 in my room). But that does not change the overall pleasant experience.

Great week long stay!

Very enjoyable stay. Close to many attractions. In the shadow of Uffizzi gallery. Blocks away from Duomo complex. Was able to walk to the train station from the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

A hidden gem, this hotel was a real find. The staff went out of their way to make our stay first rate - especially the chef Lisa, who made us load of vegan treats for breakfast. The location is amazing, very central, but fairly quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall the property was so nice. The breakfast included with your stay is soooo delicious! That was a real treat. Fresh squeezed orange juice, chef prepared meals, and tasty assorted pastries and parfaits. The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. My one complaint. There are a lot of mosquitoes inside of the property. I left with several bites. We killed several in our room, and there were mosquitoes flying around at breakfast and the staff at the front desk. So that was a bummer, but besides that everything else was lovely.
