The property is in a perfect position overlooking one of the main squares in Florence. The place had a buzz about it from early morning and each evening some form of entertainment (jazz band, opera singer, musician etc) was taking place. Wonderful atmosphere we loved it. Being in the centre of town everywhere (Restaurants, museums,churches etc) was within a short walk

Very neat and spacious! Great location! I didn't like the lack of communication. They sent me an email with a hotel address to do the check in and when I got there , they send me to another hotel. It was stressful !

Beyond bad customer service from receptionists / supervisor ! Extremely rude and unprofessional . My room was dirty & there was bugs in my room. No shampoo, soap etc . Think twice before booking this place . Better places elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the location that’s it, Everything else is a mess . I traveled all over the world & this is my first worst stay. Do your research before booking & call because the ad is misleading

We drove a rental car to the property where we checked it. This was a nightmare. Lots of rerouting, pedestrians, street signs are difficult to find. Parking was 25 euros per day. A parking attendant did come to pick up the car and take it to the parking lot, which was helpful. The staff was very friendly. I asked for an iron for my clothing and was told that they don’t allow them for safety reasons.

Truly beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Florence. I would definitely stay there again. The young lady who checked us in was extremely nice and very helpful.

위치는 너무좋았는데 렌트카를 빌려서 차를 차고에 넣고 빼는게 너무 힘들었다 숙박 이튼날 다른지역으로 갔다오기위해 차를 빼서 갖다주기로 했는데 예약되시간보다 30분 늦게 가져왔고(그것도 전화로 채근을 해서) 마지막날 체크아웃하고 차를 가져다주기로 약속한 시간보다 한시간 지나서야 차를 받을수가 있었다 호텔측과 차고지 측에 계속 채근을 했지만 렌트카를 이용 하는분을 다시한번 생각해봐야한다고 얘기해주고 싶다 나의 소중한 시간을 길바닥에 버렸다

The apartment was very well located close to the Centre. However it was very dark, air conditioning was not effective and the only bathroom was downstairs whilst the bedroom was upstairs.
