Absolutely loved staying here! The location is prime and above all the designer shops. You are central in Florence and everything is a 5 - 15 minute walk. Service was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Stylish Stay in the Heart of Florence

Located on a chic shopping street (above Gucci), this hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and the train station. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and the complimentary still and sparkling water is a thoughtful perk. Just be aware: top-floor rooms can get stuffy in summer, as the A/C struggles with the heat. Also, the hotel elevator starts on the first floor above ground, so people who have difficulty walking up stairs need to be aware.

Came here to get away from a scary BnB situation, front desk had no idea and checked me in hours earlier than I expected. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and informative. Rooms are a bit compact but that’s literally the European experience, hotel provides everything you could need for your stay in the room. Really luxurious vibes, felt so safe coming and going any time of day and is on a well lit road. Would absolutely stay here again!
