The Space

The living room, with a comfortable sofa bed for two, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen in a charming open-plan layout. It includes a Smart TV and beautiful panoramic views. The master bedroom offers ample storage space and a wonderful view of the city. The second bedroom features a large single bed and a ceiling fan, while the master bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning.

The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials: oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. High-speed fiber optic WiFi ensures fast and reliable internet access throughout your stay.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, the apartment is located in one of the most authentic and vibrant areas of Florence\'s historic center. It\'s just a 10–15-minute walk from iconic landmarks like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery, and only 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. Just around the corner is the famous Mercato Centrale, a true paradise for local food lovers.

Please note: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator.

Access

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

As we don\'t have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
