Comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a typical Florentine building. Thanks to its central location, a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza Santa Maria Annunziata, it offers easy access to all the main attractions of the historic centre. The apartment has two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has two complete bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), a kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, oven, dishes and utensils and an internal courtyard. Wifi connection, washing machine and air conditioning in the rooms available. A set of towels and linens not existing or not associated with code in Kalisi or incorrect bed code is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours daily.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
