Place is a nice hotel. But you can hear their conference’s going on through the walls. We hardly got sleep between that and the bed was pretty hard. Clean pretty hotel inside. We just had a rough night there..

Incrível! Hotel moderno, novo, extremamente confortável. Foi uma feliz surpresa. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Tive um problema no primeiro dia com o banheiro e prontamente me trocaram de quarto e ainda deixaram uma cartinha com um mimo. Tem elevador. Para quem viaja de trem, fica a poucos minutos da estação. Da para ir andando ou pegar um onibus. Fica 20 min a pé da parte turística da cidade, mas não foi um problema, porque Florença é linda para andar e tem ponto de onibus em frente ao hotel, caso necessite.

Första besöket i Florens och inser att valet av hotell var bra. Ligger inte i centrum men promenadavstånd. T1 stannar utanför hotellet och det är sedan smidigt byta till T2 som går till flygplatsen. Hotellet har tyvärr ingen pool.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with top-notch service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and luxurious. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable we wished we could stay longer. The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. Every team member we met was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We’ll definitely be back—and next time for more than just a short stay!

Spacious room. Great staff, nice upscale hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and not a lot of dining options right by the hotel. Need to walk to get to better choices. About 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge, and about the same to the Duomo to give a better idea of location. If you don't mind the location I would definitely recommend a stay here

We reserved a room for one night of our 10 day holiday in Florence. We did not have our passports with us (we have copies and original driving licence) but the manager would not allow us to stay. No refund offered. Our passports were in the safe of our main hotel for safety. We were not aware of rule that original passport needed to be provided. We had to book a hotel elsewhere in Clorence.
