Friendly staff that were very helpful. Small hotel within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Ten minute walk to the train station (and tram to the airport). Overall, I would gladly stay again.

Great!! I had the king bed with balcony. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. All amemities and mini bar free. Great service from the lady that speak English. Balcony view was awesome.

Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance.
