The staff here are incredible. Justin and Daniel were so helpful in everything we needed, helping us navigate Florence and a bunch of incredible local restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, very central and made our days of exploring so easy!

The property was clean, and safe and conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance to the duomo. The concierge/front desk was warm and friendly and even suggested a nice day filled with activities to do. The staff as a whole were amazing as well. On the morning of my birthday the ladies brought up a mini tart for me with a lit candle and sang happy birthday in Italian for me-it was a pleasant surprise and very sweet. 100/10 recommend for the staff alone.

The Frame Hotel is in a perfect location. It seems brand new and the style is very cool and fitting for Florence. Staff is so friendly and helpful, it feels like it is family run! Highly recommend!

Lovely character boutique hotel. Small and friendly. Exceptionally clean. Very helpful staff. Location perfect for a short break. Less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria. Perfectly walkable from the station too. Thoroughly recommended for a city break. We travelled with our teenage daughter. Suite gave us a separate room with a sofa bed. Breakfast available at the hotel but so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance I couldn’t count. Renovation is excellently done, with touches of the ancient building left intact/on show, including the 16th century staircase.

The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again.
