Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

It has become my top one hotel. We were actually sad we had to leave, that’s how good it is. Incredible food, excellent gardens, pools and activities. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back.

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Bad for babies

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. No highchairs with security, no elevator in the building we had to sleep (3 floors by stairs), smoking allowed in pool area.. and general attendance was not good, most of hotel team does not speak nor english nor spanish...

Ótima experiência

Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Desta vez vi que melhorou (a última foi em agosto de 2024). Atrações excelentes, especialmente para as crianças. Ficamos no internacional- quarto impecável, amplo. Restaurantes japonês- excelente experiência. Vitória- excelente, ao som do piano. Clima agradável. Tratoria - o pedido é feito pelo celular, o que impossibilita a observação de carne mal passada, por exemplo- ambiente mais barulhento. Café da manhã - um caos! Falta pão, se fica 15min na fila da tapioca - quando cheguei faltava presunto. Fui pegar café (era 9h- o café vai até 10:30) e estava frio… faltava prato para se servir, acabou o pão e tivemos que esperar por uns 10min reporem. Chamei vários atendentes e eles só me falavam “vou chamar o meu colega”, “não é comigo”… o hóspede não quer saber com quem é, quer que resolva! As bebidas ok, como todos all inclusive no Brasil, Vodka sky. Espumantes (La Roche) bem simples. O que poderia melhorar: ter opções kids em todos os restaurantes a la carte. A concierge Patrícia tornou nossa estadia mais especial.

Todos os funcionários forma extremamente atenciosos e educados. A comida estava muito boa. A limpeza do quarto estava excelente mas a limpeza da piscina estava horrível. Além da água suja, o entorno estava muito sujo. Falo da piscina coberta, psique quando fomos estava frio e chovendo e não usamos as piscinas externas. Como é permitido comer e beber na piscina, fica muito sujo.

🌟 Avaliação da nossa 13ª visita – Julho/2025 🌟 Nossa 13ª visita ao Costão do Santinho, realizada na penúltima semana de julho de 2025, foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desta vez, estivemos em um grupo ainda maior, com 16 pessoas, e cada detalhe só reforçou o motivo pelo qual continuamos voltando: alegria, acolhimento e excelência no atendimento. Foi uma verdadeira celebração em família! 💖 ✨ Restaurante Nossa Senhora da Vitória Impossível não destacar o atendimento impecável. A dedicação da maître Fabiana e das sempre atenciosas Lorena, Emile e Ingrid transformou nossas refeições em experiências únicas. Atendimento digno dos melhores resorts internacionais — e, em muitos pontos, até superior. No dia 23 de julho, vivenciamos um momento gastronômico memorável: foi servido como primeiro prato um dos mais sofisticados que já degustamos em resorts, o “5 mares com musseline de couve-flor e molho cítrico”. Um verdadeiro espetáculo de sabor e apresentação! 👏 Nosso reconhecimento e gratidão a toda a equipe! 🍝 Restaurante Trattoria Mais uma experiência deliciosa, marcada pelo cuidado do maître Lucas e de toda a equipe. Nos frustramos com a falta de serviço de bebidas em mais locais do resort, sendo de amplo espaço fisico deveria ter mais locais de distribuição. Inclusive nas vilas poderia ser disponível mais opções de bebeidas. A parte da recreação estava muito fraca sem opções atrativas gerais para crianças de 9 anos ou com poucas vagas as atrações mais atrativas como acampamento.
