A lovely welcome upon arrival with the offer of an upgraded room! The staff were so helpful and kind to my partner and me. The room decor was a little dated but comfortable and spacious and the location, while it isn’t the most salubrious, is very central and close to everything. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay! Great quality food and service! Thank you!

A localização é muito boa, fica perto do Mercado Público e de outros pontos importantes do centro da cidade, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e o atendimento é ótimo. O ponto negativo foi o quarto, pois a cama não era confortável, algo que não é esperado de um hotel 4 estrelas, e o banheiro poderia ser maior.

Achei tudo muito bonito e limpo, com serviços responsivos e diretos. Todas solicitações foram atendidas com presteza e boa vontade. Único ponto negativo que identifiquei, que pode não ser para as pessoas em geral é a alimentação local muito condimentada (cebolas e pimentões...) que pode ser um ponto negativo a quem tem problemas nessa parte. Bem localizado, estacionamento é a parte, mas é um bom serviço também.
