The staff at this hotel was supportive and helpful. When I asked for an additional lamp it was there in minutes. They helped with directions and with luggage. The morning breakfast was standard buffet fare. If you have any sensitivity to molds this may not be the hotel for you as it is a bit musty. The bathroom in particular was moldy and had an unpleasant smell. The room itself was good sized if a bit dark.

Convenient location for going to several beaches

We have had a nice stay in this hotel. It is good for going to different locations and not so far from the airport . The only thing that need to improve is the breakfast . Other hotels offer more variety .

Foi ótimo! Gostei de tudo. I'm from the US, but lived in Brazil some years ago. This is a very nice hotel. They were helpful with everything. I am fluent in Portuguese, but they had staff who could speak English and Spanish as well. Dinner was very good. The flavors of food are muted compared to what we are used to, but the ingredients are 1st class. We had filet mignon with carrots and parsnips. (Advertised and manioc root. Nope) Anyway, it was delicious. I am actually lactose intolerant in the US. I eat dairy products anyway and suffer. Here the buttered carrots... Not a problem. Cheese the next morning, no issues. So not sure what the difference is, but Brazilian dairy seems to agree with me. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I can tell that the humidity plays havoc with trim etc, so I'm not going to sing the hotel for what Brazil is weather wise. The valet parking is R$50. Lets be honest, that's less than $10. Why would you fight for parking? If you want a nice clean place to stay with beautiful scenery and a wonderful friendly staff, stay at the Novotel. Highly recommended.
