Hotel largado, antigo, uma reforma geral urge!! Poucos elevadores, para 15 andares e muitos quartos. Toalhas de balnho finíssimas que não enxugam. Café da manhã pobre, de pouca qualidade. Enfim, a localização do hotel é boa para quem vai ao Centro, mas de resto deixa a desejar.

Boa experiência no geral, bom atendimento dos funcionários, ótima localização e fácil acesso. Comparado a outros hotéis, senti falta de maior variedade de opções no café da manhã, disponibilizam apenas copos plásticos para os quartos e uma única toalha para rosto/mãos. Outro ponto que poderia melhorar são os elevadores, eles sobem até o último andar para depois descer.

A Internet nao consegui acesso Kit higiene so tinha sabonete Cafe da manha era fresco Quarto pedia para realizar a limpreza só trocavam as toalhas nao limpavam. Nao tem acusticos muito barulho externos vento e ar condicionado.. Hospedes ao lado fazia muito barulho batendo portas gritando fora dos horários reclamei porque nao conseguia dormir. Telefone para recepção nao funcionava Equipe de funcionários alguns pareciam esta perdidos algumas informações Local para estacionar na frente do hotel nao tinha. Era uma ciclovia onde havia muitos carros parados e cacamba de entulho na ciclovia Elevador horario do cafe era congestionado imposssivel de usar. Tem muito para melhorar, fica dica

Ambiente barulhento nos corredores do hotel. Funcionários mal treinados e incapazes de prestar esclarecimentos. Quartos com infraestrutura ruim (iluminação, tomadas, interruptores, ar condicionado, tecnologia, interfone, TV, WiFi, ruins). Conforto dos quartos ruins (colchão, cadeira, falta de equipamentos ). Manutenção preventiva péssima. Muitos aptos em reforma e sem condições de uso. No check in foi necessário trocar de quarto 3 vezes para que pudéssemos ter um em condições bastante precária de utilização. Muitas escadas sem opções de sustentabilidade para idosos e deficientes. o Hotel Não pode ser classificado como tres estrelas.
