"The room was dingy. Beds are old with no protective coverings. Lamp shades had stains, windows were dirty. No coffee until 7 am. Found 3 baby COCKROACHES in our room. 2 in the bathroom and one on the counter by the sink. Manager didn't seem too concerned & only comped me the hotel fees...less than 100.00 because I didn't see the bugs until the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. The ladies taking care of the coffee area were the kindest, most caring staff there!"

"The staff was excellent! Quick, adequate breakfast. Good 24 hour coffee. Carnegie Hall just across street. My reason for staying there. Over all, very, very good experience. Clean room, Quiet."

"Pasamos una buena estadía, el personal atento y cerca de todo. La estación del tren esta a 5 minutos caminando. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme"

"The hotel was nice but my room was little cold but overall I enjoyed myself I used the fridge and the microwave in my room and it worked good "
