"Had a few small issues with the room on check-in (refrigerator not working, smoke detector battery low, tv not working) but they were fixed immediately upon being brought to the attention of staff. In addition, circumstances beyond our control meant we had to stay an extra night and the front desk staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and got us setup for the extra night without having to change rooms. Would recommend this Motel to anyone on a budget that needs a place to stay in Oneonta."

"It was all fine very charming. I told the host that I thought they needed to install a handrail to get up the steps, one could easily fall. I also mentioned they should put some handicap bars in the showers. Ok ther than that the place was great."
