The beach is a little farther down Center Street, about a 15-minute walk from the condo.

Spring break stay

Loved the property! Great location, very near downtown Folly. Listed as dog friendly, but the dog relief area didn’t have a bin for dog waste. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable

This condo was so clean and inviting when we arrived. So easy to check in and the owner gave so much helpful information about Folly beach. Beds were super comfy and we loved having a pool to use besides the awesome beach. Close enough to walk to the beach or a quick drive !

Great Stay!

Loved the condo and being able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even the beach! Beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the showers were outstanding. Great seafood restaurant (LaLa) just up the road. Awesome atmosphere on the back deck in the morning and at sunset. Highly recommended!

Relaxing yet busy week!

We enjoyed the condo - rooms were all large except for bedroom with 2 beds. Deck was large / nice but wasn’t aware the unit was so close to the main road into Folly beach. Although that did allow for very easy access to the island by either foot or car. Couple minor things like condo is a little dated, tv/remote issues, but over all a nice condo and nice owner. Close to everything!

Nice and quiet. Easy parking and an elevator and luggage carts are readily accessible. Beautiful views of the estuary and easy access to Folly Beach and greater Charleston.

Good location

Worked well for us. Location plenty of room. Host was excellent at responding. Much appreciated. Quiet, easy parking, furnished with plenty (except could use forks). Recommend and would stay here again. Loved Charleston and Folly beach.

Wedding at pelican pravillon

We had a Great Stay. Every thing we needed was there the condo was very clean. We were there for our son’s wedding Everything we needed was there. The condo assc has shopping buggy’s to help unpack. We loved the condo.

South Carolina Easy

This was a nice clean property in a lovely Beach location. Move in was very easy, with an elevator and cart for toting our luggage and extras. The view on the marsh was peaceful. The owner was attentive to our needs and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great views!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with great views. No issues checking in or out. It had everything we needed. We loved the marsh view from the large screened in deck, especially at sunset and we saw some great lightening storms from there a few nights. Easy walk over the bridge to the center of Folly Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had to Evacuate Asheville due to Helene- Kevin was so helpful and even found us another place so we could move easily on Folly Beach when our stay was done. The condo is comfortable, spacious, clean and close to everything. Usually when we come to folly we stay in a house but this stay has forever changed my view on that. The condo was perfect!

Very clean

Very thorough and responsive host. It was actually helpful to be a little off the island since it was so busy for the 4th. We were able to watch the fireworks at Folly and fireworks inland from the balcony.

Family get away

We enjoyed the location and that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The porch was nice to be able to sit outside. The pool was fantastic when we didn’t want to walk or drive to the beach and was very refreshing. I would recommend that the owner provide some hot pads/oven mitts and more drinking glasses. Everything else was well stocked.

Spacious unit in great location

This spacious unit was perfect for our family vacation to Charleston. Minutes to Folly Beach - visit the County Park for all-day access with amenities - and with a terrific seafood shop (Crosby's) within walking distance, it also is an easy drive into Charleston. We appreciated the carts at the elevator, which made it easy to transport our things to this upper-floor unit. Beds were comfortable and we greatly enjoyed watching dazzling sunsets from the porch. The kitchen could use some updating - bring any favorite skillets, knives, etc. if you plan to cook in.

First Time at Folley Beach

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids, the kids were able to utilize the rooms with 2 beds. Everyone had their own bathroom, so that was nice. The condo was well kept and clean. The property manager was very responsive with questions we had. The condo has a great view of the marsh but was close to the street. The pool area was a little small for the complex but all and all, the property was great.

Great vacation in Folly, Beach and Charleston South Carolina

My daughters and their husbands and my two grandchildren and two dogs for a very comfortable. Three beds and three bathrooms made it extremely easy for us to halve our privacy. all the appliances were in working condition. There were enough plates, etc. for eating in the view from the terrace was unobstructed and the sunsets were amazing. Short distance from the beach town and the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the pier and the restaurants, and that was so close by. Kevin, our host, was very knowledgeable and took care of our needs and concerns immediately. Very close to all the sightseeing that downtown Charleston had to offer and Mount pleasant as well as other areas for great sightseeing. Will go back again. Thank you Kevin.

Great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our goal was to be able to enjoy both Charleston and the beach and this was the perfect place to do that. The condo was a good size for our group of five adults and two teens. Everyone felt their bed was very comfortable. The unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies and even some cooking staples and beach chairs - which saved us a lot of room in packing the car for a week. We loved that it was maybe 30 minutes door to door to Charleston and Patriots Point. Perfect for seeing the sites in the morning then enjoying the beach or pool in the afternoon. I loved being able to walk into Folly for shopping and restaurants. The road noise others mention didn’t bother us at all inside the unit. We’d suggest a few more forks in the silverware drawer and some oven mitts, but other than those minor items, it was a great place and everyone in our group said they would love to come back.

Family Graduation

Property manager was very responsive! We arrived late, but no issues getting in. The marsh views are nice. The storm had blown the screen off one side of the porch, so bugs were not completely blocked out. Clumps of dog hair under coffee table evident when we moved it, so cleaners were not thorough. The property listed check out time as 4:00 pm, which was a surprise to property manager. Shower head in main bathroom was off, but addressed the same day it was pointed out. The door really has to be slammed to close, which I am sure is due to humidity. It caused a loud bang each time however.

Great family vacation location

The condo was comfortable and spacious for our our family of four including family dog. (Daughter 15 happy to have her own bathroom and son 12 loved swimming in the pool each day in between our trips out to the beach, around Folly, and Charleston). Kevin was was very responsive anytime I had any questions. The views were great. You could see great sunrises and sunsets from the property and an easy walk/drive to the beach. We spent a few days at the county park at the west end of Folly. It was perfect and had a great concession stand and other amenities. My son and I found shark teeth our first day and we have been searching various beaches for years… finally found a few! The Folly Beach pier was great also and watched a beautiful full moonrise light up the night sky above the ocean. Simply stunning! Made a few trips into Charleston. Short easy drive and enjoyed walking around town soaking up the history and exploring. Toured the USS Yorktown CV 10. Made it over to see the grand Angel Oak tree as well. Quite a sight to see. All in all, we made some great family memories and enjoyed our trip.
