The Folly Barrack House has a spacious king master bedroom with twin size daybed and full private bath and smaller kids room with twin bunk beds. Living room has double sofa sleeper. Galley style kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space. Kitchen is fully equipped including extras such as a blender, toaster, and mixer. All rooms have LCD cable T.V. with HBO and Starz in main den/sun room area as well as a Blu-Ray player. Very open floor plan with lots of natural light. Sun room also has a double size sofa sleeper for that extra person that tags along. Beach access just across the street and beach view from the den/sunroom. Second bathroom just off the living room. Split level decks off of the sun room. Large yard with plenty of parking for all. Plenty of room for a boat and the boat landing is just 11 blocks from the house.

The bonus living space or 'Sea Shed' was built under the Folly Barrack House in the 1950's. Brick and block walls were once home to one of Folly's infamous key clubs that entertained many locals and celebrities alike. Today we have transitioned her into a sweet additional living space equipped with a queen bed that is steps away from the beach. The Sea Shed kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a special meal and a quaint bathroom separates the main room from the bedroom. This is included in your rental! The whole house is yours!

Downtown Charleston is a short 25-minute drive away. There you will be immersed in history, fashionable boutiques, souvenir and local markets, world-class restaurants, live entertainment, and carriage, history, harbor, ghost, and food tours. Take a stroll along The Battery, Waterfront Park, and Rainbow Row. Visit the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Float on a ferry to Fort Sumpter where you can spend a whole afternoon.

Large parking area for up to 4 vehicles. Amenities include keyless entry, contactless check-in, TVs, free WIFI and cable, central heat and air, VayK Gear beach gear credit, washer/dryer, modern appliances, and a gas grill.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
