One of Folly’s Best! Sunset Corner is aptly named for the nightly sunset views over the Folly River. The wrap around screened porch is the perfect spot to begin and end your days feeling the coastal breeze. The river has active wildlife including dolphins, turtles, and sea birds. Mariners Cay is a private community fitted with a community pool and tennis courts. The beach is right over the bridge and you can find plenty of beach shops and restaurants. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute drive and is perfect for a day-trip. This classic Folly condo will be sure to have you coming back for more.

Inside the condo, you will be greeted with floor to ceiling windows to see the panoramic views of the Folly River. The living room has lush seating with an open layout dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances to cook your favorite meals while on vacation. Through the kitchen is a laundry closet to make extended stays easier. The master bedroom features a king bedroom, full bathroom, and private entrance to the screened porch. There are two additional bedrooms featuring a queen and two twin beds. There is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Amenities include WIFI, multiple TVs, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

This is a second floor unit without an elevator. This property is not pet-friendly. There is one assigned parking spot. The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs.
