Terrible experience. After multiple communications with hotel staff, there was no one to meet me at the ferry to take me to the hotel. Had to call and was left waiting till someone showed up. Upon entry to my room, the a/c was not working. They said it would get fixed, but when I returned it was still not working properly. Someone had to come at midnight to fix it again. When I complained in the morning to the manager, I got interrogated and was made to feel like I was lying. Customer does not come first here and the Manager was terrible. I travel all over the world and hardly ever complain about things, but when it happens, hotel staff always treat you well. Not here and will never stay here or any other Hard Rock again.

Very quiet and peaceful. Staff excellent. Only improvement I would recommend is have the minibar be used for the all-inclusive package. If I want to hang out at the villa, I donā€™t want to have to walk 1/2 a mile to get a drink from the bar when everything I need is right there in the room. Otherwise, outstanding.
