In addition to numerous comfortable sitting areas, the property also boasts a private Spa, comprising of an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, and fully equipped fitness room. The inviting outdoor spaces offer manicured lawns, colorful flower beds, lush shrubbery and mature trees, along with a full-size tennis court, a table-tennis court, and a children\'s playground area.

The interior spaces retain much of their old-world charm and guests can marvel at the abundance of exposed stone work, vaulted and hand painted ceilings, and an exquisite mixture of traditional and contemporary fabrics and furnishings. All combined, the villa exudes a pleasing ambiance of rustic elegance and romantic luxury.
The Spa is tucked away on the ground floor of the main house in what was once the bodega. A traditional, terracotta-vaulted ceiling and much exposed stone work create the perfect ambiance to release stress and maintain fitness with the help of the excellent facilities on hand. The Spa has an indoor heated pool with hydro massage jets and salt electrolysis system, a Finnish sauna, and fitness room. The use of the Spa is private and exclusive for Villa Dulcinea guests.
*In addition to the main villa, there is an annex located across the courtyard opposite the main house. This delightful property, originally the Groundskeeper\'s cottage, has been lovingly restored to the highest standard using traditional materials that reflect its rustic history. The Annex has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with ensuite facilities. A utility room is situated just off a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. Patio doors conveniently open out to a sun drenched terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture. The property sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms, all with central heating and air-conditioning. The Villa is comprised of an entry hall (with spacious reading and sitting area and a long, spectacular terracotta vaulted ceiling), a large dining room with seating for 20 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen (with breakfast table for six and a corner fireplace) that opens outside to a dining and barbecue area, a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and Satellite TV with DVD, a games room with pool table, TV and sofa, a library/office room, and numerous areas to relax and enjoy a good book with a glass of delicious vino tinto. As mentioned before, all eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. In addition, two bedrooms offer private verandas, one bedroom is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, and one bedroom has bunk beds and is perfect for children.
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, housekeeper (living in a separate cottage within the grounds, available 24 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday), gardener & pool maintenance service (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday), maid service (5 hours a day, Monday to Friday if the main house is rented, 7 hours a day if the annex is also rented), delivery of freshly baked bread every morning, a complimentary arrival basket in the kitchen (Basics, bread, water, fruit, tea, coffee, salt, sugar), some basic cleaning products for the kitchen and laundry room, welcome amenities in each bedroom (Spa flip-flops, hand soap, hair&body gel, body lotion, tissues), some complimentary coal for the BBQ for the arrival day, rackets and balls for the tennis court and table-tennis
