We stayed in Room 8, nice and bright. Also enjoyed a dip in the pool. Noise from the Newell was blunted by closing the bathroom door. A nice park & lake across the road.

Very minimal interaction on arrival and bathroom was not very clean. Glass sliding door to patio also dirty. Bed linen was clean, however bed was very uncomfortable. At least the coffee mugs were a decent size. The room was adequate for one night. And price was good.

Our overnight stay at Forbes was fine we expected a standard motel room & thats what we got. It was clean & the beds were comfortable. The heating worked fine however there was no heating in the bathroom the tiled floor was freezing & the bathroom was extremely cold forst thing in the morning👍

The room was clean, and beds firm. If you are just looking for place to sleep this is it. Comfort on a budget. The TV just displayed the local channels. The AC was not Reverse Cycle. But across the road was a park for the kids to play in. It was just a hop across the river to get into the town centre. There is a small pool on the grounds. But I slept very well. Refreshed and ready for a long day on a motorcycle.
