The service is non existent. No daily room service as advertised. No laundry facilities, barely any parking. Pool is dirty and isn’t getting cleaned any time soon. Same mugs sitting out side a door for days along with cigarette buckets. Bins full in rooms on arrival with food in microwave and freezer. I ended up getting my own dish liquid to re wash the dishes as the lady told me she didn’t have any. Worst place I have stayed. No laundry facility as advertised and defiantly no daily room service.
Food in microwave on arrival along with full bin bellow. It just got worse from there. Asking for dishes the next day was hard work. We stayed 4 days and there was a few of us.

Great location,

Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned or even refreshed after first night. There was another floor above where a room was rented and could hear them walking on the floor ..... not soundproof or any treatment.

Never Again

Reception staff member was curt, no ‘hello’ “what’s your full name, park out there” handed the key. Room was awful, it was very small, carpet was dirty, it was dark and dingy. Bathroom was horrible, old and tired. The shower drips and leaks, water all over the floor. Very old toilet that didn’t flush effectively. Shower had a curtain -no screen. Lots of noise from the attached room. We left while it was still dark and there were no external lights, we had to use our phone torches to load the car. Overall a very unsatisfactory stay and in my opinion this property should be bull dozed.

The room was a "delux" queen room, it was an average quee room. Could do with extra plug in sockets as the only ones I could see in the actual room were 2 behind the microwave, which serviced the TV also. It is convenient to everything in the town and surrounds and is beside the lake however, it is also so close to the highway, my room was metres from the highway, so very noisy with traffic. There was a room above my room, so every step they took in the room, on a creaky floor, was not good. Would be ok for one night or for tradies working in the area, but I was there for 5 nights and this was not pleasant for me. The young guy at the desk, although very quiet, did help me if I needed something.
