Take a bus.

The hotel was great. Interesting place on the highway. Clean and comfortable. The dinning room was very disappointing. I really couldn't eat my dinner. I was cold tough and expensive. I ordered a game dish. Should gave been a treat. The disappointing part was that the waiter never came back after dropping the plates. Not for wine refills or the check on us. It didn't occur to him that I hadn't eaten. It seemed that a bus arrived and the focus was no longer on the dinning room guests. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. The focus seems to be on large quantity cooking and bigger groups which they handle well.

Buona esperienza

Una buona esperienza: camera spaziosa, comoda e pulita, anche se qualcosa si potrebbe ammodernare; la struttura è un po' una cattedrale nel deserto, ma se sei di passaggio in Valtellina va benone, è enorme ma ben gestita, il personale è tantissimo e molto gentile; ristorante molto buono, colazione invece da migliorare (poca varietà, caduta di stile con pane del lidl...). Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile.

Ho soggiornato per tre giorni in questa struttura e posso dire che è stato uno dei soggiorni più brutti che io abbia mai visto. La struttura in se ha un grande potenziale ,ma le canere sporche ,piccole ,scure con un arredamento davvero orribile e datato. La cosa che più mi ha fatto imbestialire è l'aria condizionata che nin andava per nulla, appena arrivati in camera volevamo accenderla e, non ragffreddava per nulla, in camera cin finestre aperte non entrava un filo d'aria. dopo continue nostre lamentele, nessuno ha provveduto a risolvere il problema. Ultima nota da fare rigurda gli animali: nonostante la struttura ammetta gli animali,non è per nulla pet friendly,in quanto non è prevista un'area sgambettamento.

Struttura top, peccato per i camini spenti

Struttura meravigliosa e ristorante ottimo. Unica nota, era inverno pieno e non è stato acceso alcun camino nonostante ce ne fossero moltissimi e di bellissimi. Avrebbe contribuito a rendere magica l'esperienza, inutile averli solo in foto.

Visitato una volta, non da tornarci.

Giunti in struttura ci viene comunicato un costo extra per il cane più alto di quello scritto sul sito, fatta notare la differenza e consigliato di aggiornare il sito, la receptionist ha preso i soldi e dato il resto considerando il prezzo più alto. La camera, ok la versione economica, ma un solo kit asciugamani ed il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza del soffitto del bagno impossibile diano l’abitabilità di quella parte di stanza: mansardato da non riuscire a stare dritti senza sbatter la testa (nostre altezze 165 e 175). Colazione dalle 7 alle 10, alle 9 non c’erano già più brioches, yogurt, salumi, formaggi e pane fresco. Nessuno presente in sala, raggiunto il bar la signora ci ha preparato le bevande calde e fornito le brioches. Pulizia dei sanitari da migliorare, capelli e peli nel bidet e sull’asse del wc. Stanza non insonorizzata, anzi, rumorosa tutta la notte avendo vista sulla statale. Fortunatamente la sosta è stata di una sola notte, non avendo trovato altro in zona ci siamo dovuti accontentare. È la prima recensione negativa che scrivo, mi ritengo adattabile ad ogni situazione, ma quando viene meno la correttezza (prezzo del supplemento cane), allora evidenzio tutto quello che si può e deve migliorare. 100 euro una notte, a novembre in settimana, non è assolutamente “economico”.

Hotel eccellente con tutti i comfort, pulitissimo, colazione varia ed abbondante e ristorante dove si mangia benissimo. Il servizio è eccellente. Anche se è in prossimità della strada per Sondrio, non si sente alcun rumore. Comodo per raggiungere il Lago di Como.
