"The lady at the reception., Pilar was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing; everything at walking distance, the grand cathedral was a 10-15 min walk. The property was clean, air conditioning worked well even on super hot days. We had a minor problem with the shower drain, they tried to fix it but it didnā€™t really help. And they didnā€™t change the room. There was complimentary coffee after 3:00 PM which was nice. Overall, a pleasant two night stay!"
