The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpet in front of the mini-fridge was heavily soiled and needed cleaning. Everything else was clean, fantastic, and in excellent working order. We had a comfortable stay.

I made a reservation in the wrong city by accident. It took me 10 minutes to notice so i called the hotel and the hotel said call expidia, expidea stated they had to reach out to the hote. 10 days later and i dont get my money back.

I spent a lot on this suite so called not a suite and they are doing renovations like jack hammering outside my door. The resolution is to move to a different floor which lbut i didn’t want to do that or anything Comfort Inn right. I did move but I had a lot of work never again

The first impression walking in was great — the lobby looked nice and the front staff was friendly and welcoming. However, once I got to the room, things went downhill. There were quite a few stink bugs, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the tub was stopped up. The room also didn’t smell very good and had a faint hint of smoke. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing and not worth it. Overall, great staff and lobby area, but the room cleanliness and quality need major improvement.

The hallway reeked of cleaning fluids. The bathroom was dimly light - the bathtub was dirty. There were only two towels. The bed was awful - it sagged to the middle, was too soft or was it just wore out? The fitted sheet was off just sitting on the bed - again was it wore out? The bed was a ruffled mess to sleep in. The air conditioner was loud all night long. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was disappointing overall. The property was not clean — the bedding had stains, and there were numerous stink bugs and flies. I had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was decent, but there were a lot of flies in the dining area, which made it uncomfortable. The one positive aspect was a staff member who was kind and helpful, and I appreciated that. However, the most concerning part of my stay was when another guest was mistakenly given a key to my room and walked in while I was there. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was very nonchalant — just a brief “sorry,” and no one followed up to ensure my safety or comfort. Overall, I stayed here out of necessity, but it was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t choose this property again.
