"My wife and I spent the month of March at the house. The view is spectacular and mornings on the deck were delightful. A big plus is having Nanny Cay Marina so close by. There is a nice small clean beach there with a beach bar and a pool. We frequented it often. The road to the house is a little confusing, at first it looked like a driveway, very narrow, then we thought it was a one-way but the is typical of many roads in Tortola. The driveway is steep. I would recommend a 4-wheel drive Jeep as we did. There are no closets so if you're a long-termer you'll need to get creative unpacking if you bring a lot of stuff. We prepared a lot of meals in the kitchen which is well equipped. The property manager is very responsive to any questions. The deck with the view has 4 plastic Adirondack chairs, there's no table for drinks or snacks. The W-Fi is excellent. Enjoy your stay!"

"The harbor could be viewed . Staff was friendly but the property is rundown and dirty. The pool was small and covered. We didn't swim. Wouldn't stay there again"

"Spotlessly clean, kitchen good, but took ages to get hot water via sink and shower.Bedroom: mattress very comfortable. AC good.But recommend a set of drawers under window as no where to put clothes. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang things but nowhere to place t-shirts, underwear etc and therefore had to put them on a shelf above wardrobe, therefore needing a stool to get to that height. (I am 5ft 8").Washing/drying machines are somewhat antiquated but effective.Entry to premises is not for those with a mobility disabilities, steep walk down, and then two sets of stairs to walk down to get to front door. With heavy cases, difficult. My issue is such that the "chairs provided indoor and outdoor were very uncomfortable and hard. Outdoor, was a wobbly table, and folding chairs, not comfortable. It also needed a light, close by as dimly lit. It will be fabulous when they get the pool refurbished as this was cordoned off by a single rope. Health and safety comes to mind.Views are fabulous, host was lovely.One would need to hire a car, as although relatively close to Road town, due to extreme gradients of roads, little pathways, transport is needed.All windows etc are protected to avoid mosquitos which is good.Once the refurbishments take place, a lick of paint outside around pool area this will be a fabulous area.For future renters, this venue is south of island, most beaches are on the north of the island. They are beautiful."
