Decent stay

This was a good stay but was not told the pool was closed for renovations, and the bed was not a king size even though they said it was, and we purchased a room for the kind size bed.

Residence Inn by Marriott at FoCo is Exceptional!!

This is our second visit to Fort Collins where we stayed at this Residence Inn. The location is so convenient. The staff (front desk, kitchen, cleaning) are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The free daily breakfast is consistently delicious with a lot of variety. The grounds are beautiful. The laundry room is a plus. And, of course, the room/suite was fantastic!! We love staying here and will return!!

The rooms are well laid out and functional. The furniture is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is an older property and there are a few signs of aging, such as bathroom lights that make a buzzing sound. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed our stay! We recommend it!

This Residency Inn was under construction..remodeling. So no pool and the breakfast was sub-par. The outside need cleaning up..kind of dirty. Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty sure when they are back to normal it will be back to 5 star

Newly remodeled

The hot tub was out of order. They were painting and putting in new carpeting downstairs. We stayed in a newly remodeled roo on the second floor, which was very nice. Breakfast was nice. When we arrived the evening before, there was complimentary coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great, cozy, clean place for an extended stay

Perfect cozy, clean, spacious room. I stayed with my husband and son and the king studio worked perfect. Great price. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, expected waffles. But the rest of the options tasted great. I will definitely being staying everytime i visit family there. I highly recommend.

The parking is very tight and I drive a midsize car. The bed in our suite frankly sucked it was creaky and was low on the head side so i woke up stuffed up every day. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I never felt uneasy in the area.

This property is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet area. It's extremely convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The negative I would comment on is (1) the couch is not comfortable (I realize it's a pull out sofa, but was very uncomfortable to sit on), (2) there were no condiments left by the in-room coffee maker, and (3) there was no soap left by any of the sinks. I would definitely stay here again when needing separate bedrooms, but would know to bring my own soap and condiments.

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a joke. You could just touch it and feel all of the springs. It was so compressed and old, my son barely slept. The king bed was really hard and my husband and I woke up sore every morning.

The property was very well kept outside. The carpets inside were worn and dirty looking. The room was relatively clean except that the shower had dust and residue present. The elevator was in bad shape. It sounded as if it wasn't going to make it. Staff was friendly and helpful.
