Per builiding policy we will need the ID of every guest staying and car details.

- Fully stocked kitchen has 2 Coffee machines including a Kuerig and Mr. Coffee.
- Tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

GUEST ACCESS:

- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
-This property is located on the First floor.
- TV's: 4 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

BEACH:
- Beach towels and Beach chairs provided

POOL:
- Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
- There are loungers, tables and chairs at the pool

GARBAGE:
- The Garbage bins are on Surf Rd. To locate them go out the Pool Access door in the primary bathroom and there is a dumpster on your right.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
- We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees.No loud music or screaming at any time. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #40.

-Identification of every guest 18+ and car details are required before we share the check-in code.
