*Oceanfront luxury condo at the W residence. Fully furnished, 2-bedrm/2-bath offers floor-to-ceiling ocean, Intracoastal & city views. Modern full-size kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances + washer/dryer inside the condo.

* Spacious unit, biggest balcony layout in the building with ocean view from the 12th floor. King bed in Master bdrm + ensuite bathroom, King bed in 2nd bdrm with ensuite bathroom, a sectional couch that can be converted into a cozy sleeping area in the living room that can sleep two adults.

*Bedrooms have wide double entrances with sliding doors that can be closed for privacy. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as living room.
Queen size deluxe Air Mattress for convenience and versatility also available to use if needed.

* Two patio accesses, one from the living room, one from bedroom. Includes outdoor patio furniture to enjoy ocean views.

* Fully equipped kitchen incorporating designed cabinetry, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, fast tea electric boiler & two coffee machines including a Nespresso. Includes cooking supplies, dishes, kitchenware etc.

*4-person dining table + kitchen island & stools, perfect as a workstation. In-Room Hi Speed Wi-Fi included. Room service is available

*10 to 15 minutes to FLL Airport, 25 minutes to Cruiseport, Miami only a 45 minute drive

*Close to sports venues: 25 minutes to MLS's Inter Miami, 30 minutes to NHL's Florida Panthers, 35 minutes to NFL's Miami Dolphins, 45-50 minutes to MLB's Miami Marlins & NBA's Miami Heat

$55 + tx per night (not per person) daily resort fee to be paid on premise and will include the following:

For $125/day, you can also have exclusive access to the Hotel VIP Pool Experience, with a vibrant ambiance, a poolside DJ on the weekends and offers chic lounging areas. Private VIP canopy Beds & Private Bungalows that hold 6 to 10 people poolside are available to rent as well.

If you arrive early simply leave your luggage with front desk on the 4th floor -Tower 1, they will take good care until your condo is ready. In the meantime, you can use all of the building amenities. You can also leave your luggage free of charge at the same front desk past the noon checkout time and continue using all the amenities until you're ready to depart.

All linen, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided in the condo upon check-in.

The building’s central location makes plenty of attractions very accessible and you don't need a car. If you do have a car, valet parking is available at $60 per night. You are not obligated to park with valet, paid public street parking in the area is available as well.

Great Location, Good Amenities, Mediocre Maintenance

The owner was great to communicate with, answered all questions, check-in was seamless. The Residence tower pool (wet west) was very family friendly which was great for us. We did not visit the hotel pool (cost 125/day). The overall maintenance/cleanliness was just okay. Looked like it could use some basic TLC but beds were really comfortable and the unit was quiet. Great location with walkability to everything you could want. Staff on property were helpful.
