Our beautiful home is located in "The Cove" which is within walking distance of award-winning Deerfield Beach! It is also a short walk to the many shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes in "The Cove" and Deerfield Beach. The home is 2,056 square feet with the following features:

Our home is five years old and features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and great room flowing through the home. The home has 12-foot ceilings and the great room has a 65" smart HDTV.

The primary suite features a king bed, a 42" HDTV , and a large walk-in closet. The beautiful outdoor living area can be accessed from the primary suite, kitchen, and queen bedroom. The outdoor area is completely furnished with separate sitting and dining areas, and a wonderful heated pool. The primary bathroom is extremely large with an oversized shower.

The two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have HDTVs and are on the opposite side of the home from the primary suite.

The location of our home is in a perfect location to enjoy spectacular Deerfield Beach and its fishing pier! There is a Publix grocery store, LA Fitness, pharmacy, spa, salons, shops, and boutiques approximately an eighth of a mile from our home. There are an assortment of restaurants within walking distance from our home including French, Brazilian, Indian, Irish, Italian, New York Deli, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Vegan, and more!
