Epic ocean views and blissful beach days await at this Fort Lauderdale

vacation rental condo in Ocean Manor Beach Resort. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo

boasts a beachfront furnished balcony, and a well-appointed interior to host

guests in style. Enjoy the resort amenities including a spa, private beach,

heated pool, tennis courts, and more! With Las Olas Boulevard and Seminole

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino nearby offering more shopping, dining and

attractions, this condo will keep you coming back!



Centrally located in the heart of the Galt Ocean Mile, this condo ensures that

you have everything you could need during your stay at the beach. As soon as

you walk through the front door, jaw-dropping ocean views will greet you

through the wall-to-wall glass balcony doors.



Slide open the doors to let the fresh ocean air drift in while you unwind on

the sectional couch. The cable TV offers plenty of options to keep you

entertained when you're not out enjoying the view from the balcony. The

interior features all new furnishings, appliances, and interior painting!



After a day spent reclining in a private beach cabana, retire upstairs to

prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Feel up for a

change? The resort features an elegant Italian restaurant and a Tiki bar that

offer a variety of delicious meals!



Stay for happy hour then dance the night away to live music. When you're ready

to call it a night, the bedroom features 2 plush full beds to help you fall

asleep with ease. In the morning, you'll wake to jaw-dropping ocean views

through the wall of windows. Head down to Casa Café for a breakfast panini and

fresh Italian espresso before watching a spectacular sunrise over the ocean.

There are also private oceanfront cabanas for rent from the building (when

available!)

Loved this place, it’s right on the part of the beach that’s not so commercialized, which I like. The room was nice, furnished with what we needed, the air conditioner did leak onto the closet floor, but we just laid a towel there and it didn’t cause us any problems. Valet parking is very efficient, we had a great time while staying here

Never got to check in, Vrbo unreachable

We were not able to check in because we were never given the unit number of our condo despite repeated calls and emails. That weekend we were visiting to attend our daughter's engagement party. We spent over 3 hours trying to check in. We will never use Vrbo or RedAwning again. It was impossible to reach either by email, text or telephone. If I could leave negative stars I would

Would return but pointing out some concerns…

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. The unit needs updating as though. A few inexpensive items that could make an improvement: (1) add grab bar to the shower, (2) get a new toaster. Existing one only toasts one side of bread! (3) wires and cables all over the bedroom. (4) nails instructions on how to use bedroom TV. Figured out how to use TV in living room. (5) could use a new toilet seat.

This place needs work!!

We stayed in January. The condo is in a good location for walking to restaurants and grocery stores. It is on the beach. The property manager never responded to my request for more wash cloths. He ignored my text.They only provide 2 for our whole stay! The condo itself needs cosmetic work and a good cleaning. The couch is worn out. The mattresses are dreadful!! You can feel the springs in them. The shower tracks are black with filth and appear to have never been cleaned. The walls show obvious signs of leaks. Bathroom corners are black with dirt and the baseboards are horrendous. This condo is above the tiki bar that stays open until 2 AM and the music is loud, so be prepared for the noise. Find somewhere else to spend your money.

Mold and horrible communication with “local” property manager

I was disgusted with this place for a few reasons. The amount of mold in this place is alarming. It’s in almost every room and at every vent. I was very shocked more people haven’t commented about the mold in their reviews. I reached out about my concerns with the mold as soon as we walked in and was told that they will contact the local property manager about my concerns. I asked them on multiple occasions to please refund our money so we could leave and stay somewhere else. I contacted them daily for 6 days with the same response from them ‘please be patient while we are waiting for the local properly manager to get back to us’. On our Last night there, day 6, they contacted me and said after reviewing the place- it’s not mold, it’s condensation. I’m not sure how they reviewed the place to determine that. I again asked more questions and explained my concern with their lack of communication and the mold and never heard back from them. They mentioned the condensation is from leaving the air on and the doors open, which we NEVER did. I turned the air completely off as soon as we got there because the vent in the bedroom was spitting out mold condensation. I was beyond disgusted with this place and the lack of communication. I would never stay here again!!!

Nice place for a vacation

Overall the condo was great! Location was near everything you need for your stay. There were a few things missing from the kitchen that would have been helpful to prepare meals. (hot pads, colander, towels, scissors.) Aside from that the place was perfect for our family.

The location is excellent, there are restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The views from the balcony were incredible and the resort employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the beach was clean and quiet. We were here for 6 days and there was never a time that either the pool or beach were overcrowded. Again, I cannot say enought about the location...there is literally anything you could want within 10 to 15 minutes of the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were a couple of beach chairs and a bucket of beach toys inside as well. The condo could use some updating, however. Mainly, the shower head needs to be replaced and is very low. I am 5'10" and had to crouch down to get underneath the shower head. The light in the vanity area of the bathroom was still burned out, as was stated in a previous review. The AC was loud and rattled a little, the bedroom vent "spit water" at you, and the condo had a bit of a musty smell, which may be due to the Florida climate. Overall, I was happy with the unit and would stay at this resort again. There are towels at the pool for swimming, but only one towel was supplied per person for showering, and this was for the entire stay. You won't need anything for the kitchen, but you will definitely want to bring some towels/wash cloths.

Great time!!

Want to respond that the condo itself was great! The condo was clean but shower door rails could use a good cleaning. Besides the 2 lights that did not work in separate bath sink area and closet, the living room air conditioner never worked either. The main air conditioner in the bedroom did drip from time to time. Called Gary about the lights but he never responded back. We managed and had a great time! The balcony and view was perfect. Could use new chairs and table as one of the chairs legs had black stuff coming out of it each time it was moved. Loved the ice maker on refrigerator, kitchen was great, dining table with lots of space and comfortable leather seating. Beds were very comfortable. Bring a beach towel and extra towels and washcloths. We cleaned up everything when we left and took good care treating it as if it were our own. Washer/dryer in basement of hotel. We would definitely rent here again. Looking forward to coming back!! Thanks for everything!!👍👏

Nice place

The property has a wonderful location and great amenities. My only complaint is the amount of people who come in off the street to use the pool. The management says that only people staying there are allowed but clearly it doesn't matter as they do nothing about it.

Terrific Views! Terrible Service!

The facility was amazing! Great oceanfront and pool that are both easily accessible and clean. The vents in this condo are surrounded by large areas of mold/mildew and they blow water droplets directly onto the bed. Attempted to contact the manager four times after several calls to find out who he actually was. Requested a pillow and two blankets of which he stated he would deliver and never followed through. As a matter of fact I contacted him three days in a row and after his first reply he ghosted me. So disappointing for the price.

Poor customer service

Terrible communication with property manager, wasn’t provided with unit # in confirmation email. Attempted to contact on site mgmt with no success, was directed to national automated system that did not provide any assistance. Ultimately dug through previous emails to find unit #. The facilities themselves are great, and would stay on the property again just not through this mgmt co.
