Stunning, Modern & Quiet Beach House

Extremely modern and stylish beach house in Hollywood Beach. The house comes fully equipped with a modern Italian kitchen with all appliances, utensils and needs for cooking and dining. The house has 2 big comfy couches with plenty of storage and 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and YouTube (no logins provided). Master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and king size bed. Front room is a 2nd bedroom with a couch and the living room couches also expand into award winning full size beds.

We've put in a lot of heart, love and care for the furnishings, decorations and design so that your stay is spectacular. We've gone through every inch of the house and decorated it with the most comfortable beach decor possible. We can promise that the house will be EXTREMELY comfy, sleek, modern and relaxing for any type of vacation by the beach. You're going to love staying at the house!

You'll have the entire house to yourself without any interruptions. You'll have a huge living area, outdoor enclosed patio with green turf, dining area in the kitchen, large bedroom and additional sleeping space for other guests in the living room. Also, the house has a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach or just hanging out in the beach area! Everything is extremely modern and clean.

We do everything we can to keep our distance and let you enjoy your privacy at the house. We reach out to ensure your stay is enjoyable and to make sure you don't need anything before, during and after your stay. But if you need us, we can be there within a few minutes to help!

Hollywood Beach is the perfect mixture and has opportunities for vacationers to relax and also enjoy some casual dining/nightlife. Hollywood Beach has tons of restaurants, cute cafes, bars and other attractions to enjoy everyday. The people are friendly, the town is beachy and everyone is always VERY RELAXED! Once you leave, you'll feel the same way and fully recovered from everyday life! The immediate neighborhood is surrounded by single family houses and neighbors who are very friendly and helpful.

It's very easy to walk, bicycle and rollerblade everywhere. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and bars are all within walking distance from the apartment and right on the beach. Also, you're only a few steps away from the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach. Lastly, you can easily uber or drive to thousands more restaurants, bars and attractions in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach which is between 15-25 minutes away. Our apartment is in a very great location!

We are top hosts on all vacation websites and do the best we can to make your stay perfect. You'll notice how hard we work to make this house perfect once you arrive.

Cozy modern beach house

Prefect getaway house

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy yet modern beach house. Very close to everything. It's on a quiet street and very close to the beach. The backyard is prefect for that romantic dinner or just relaxing after a beach day. Overall, very satisfied with everything.

This house is just amazing! It’s clean, fully stocked, and is in an unbelievable location! Even with only one bedroom, there is plenty of sleeping space! We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I came for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. What a gem of a home! It is so beautiful and is well stocked with all you need for your vacation. Hope and Rocky are wonderful hosts and great to communicate with. We really enjoyed being a short walk away to the beach and to two great restaurants! The bikes provided were a perfect way to check out the boardwalk and Hollywood Beach. If we ever find ourselves in town again, we will definitely stay here!

Peaceful and spacious!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this exceptional home and we are looking forward to going back for a 4th time! Great location. So close to the beach!! The house is immaculate and is beautifully designed with all the comforts and amenities you can think of! Rocky, the owner, is so accommodating and friendly. This home is truly the perfect getaway!

Fantastic stunning home with amazing amenities. The home offers a very relaxing peaceful experience, equipped with everything needed for a beach stay and more. Excellent indoor and outdoor space! Fully loaded with all the essentials. Communication with the host during our stay was a 10 plus, which only added to an outstanding experience. I have stayed in serveral rentals over the years, but the Beach House was hands down my best experience. Couldn't have dreamed of a better time with my family. If your headed to Hollywood Beach staying here is a must. Just steps away from the beach and plenty of local restaurants near by. Definitely a do over for my family, we will return.

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable and convenient says it all! A stone’s throw from the beach, a short drive to visit family and a wonderful place to host a dinner party! We truly loved being there - it had all the amenities you could want and wished we could’ve stayed longer. See you next time!

Great Long Weekend

The location of the house - tucked between a quiet ocean beach and the ICW, less than a block from each - is fantastic. The house itself is very functional and has some of the best decor that we have encountered in a VRBO rental, as well as beach chairs, bikes, and yoga mats. Try Tiki Tiki bar/restaurant just across the street for drinks and upscale bar food with views across the ICW to a mangrove forest.

Relaxation at its Best!

From the moment we walked in, we instantly relaxed and were in awe at how beautiful this Beach House is. It has all the amenities you need and only a few steps away from the Beach. The backyard is so inviting and a great area to kick your feet up and enjoy quiet time. Hope is an amazing host and answered all our questions. She was so attentive and always willing to help. This is our 2nd stay here and we’ll definitely be back!!

Deserves its stellar reviews

Super clean and super quiet. Great AC and a modern kitchen with a Keurig and pods. You can be on an uncrowded beach after a 2 minute walk and at an outdoor waterside restaurant after a 5 minute walk. Owners communicate well and let you know that they are ready to help if you need any assistance. What's not to like? Very highly recommended.

First Florida trip!

We had a Wonderful time under the Floridian sun! We stayed at this wonderful residence. Great house, all equipped to welcome our family. Super easy access to the beach. Semi private beach, I’d say private period haha the hosts offer all you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The house was super clean, great appliances. AC was excellent condition. Roomy for guests with couches that unfold. Great patio space for late night quiet time.

Our 5th Stay!!!

My husband and I are from Boston we always look forward to going someplace warm and relaxing. We found this home on VRBO 2 years ago & have continued to come back ever since. The hosts, Hope & Rocky go out of their to make everything so easy & comfortable. Their home is the perfect blend of comfortable and elegant. If you choose not to eat-out, the kitchen is stunning & is fully equipped with every utensil, dish, and appliance you can think of. Also, a great space outdoors for eating & grilling if you prefer. The location is perfect. Close to the beach & fantastic restaurants nearby. We absolutely will be back again!

Perfect, clean property for our anniversary

We loved our stay at this property for our 24th anniversary. Rocky was helpful whenever needed and quick to respond. The location is great. Right down from the beach. A short walk. Everything was exactly as described, even nicer than the pictures. Super clean. It's a little further of a walk down to Hollywood Beach boardwalk then we thought, but we enjoyed the walk and used the bikes at least once. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again. Wonderful beach house!

This beach house is as described. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. They have added so many personal touches to make you feel welcome. The house is well stocked and then some. It was convenient to have all the beach stuff we needed for a fun day in the sun. There is a bike path for an easy ride to the boardwalk with the bikes provided. We truly enjoyed this home away from home. Would definitely recommend. If you are a fan of donuts try the bake shack. Perfect Winter Getaway

The house had everything to make our trip great! It is located one short block from the beach and the Broadwalk. It is at the north end of Hollywood Beach, where it is peaceful and quiet. But walk or bike 1-2 short miles and you are in the center of the all the tourist action. The bikes at the house needed some repair so Rocky brought over two brand new bikes for us to use instead! The house is very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities - well-stocked kitchen, TV, internet, a safe, everything for the beach. We just loved it and wished we were staying longer.

Very high end feel

Beautiful property within walking access to the beach and several restaurants. The only downside was during our visit the road outside the cottage was being torn up and a development two doors down was being remodeled each making the lovely outdoor space only useable in the early am or later in the evening. I expect this was just unfortunate timing for our visit.

Even Better Than Expected – Gorgeous, Fully Equipped, Perfect Location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was even more beautiful than the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and extras, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach. Perfect location!

The Beach House was a PERFECT vacation spot! The beach was literally steps away, walk a block and your toes are in the sand. The house itself was extremely well appointed, just about everything you could imagine needing during your stay was available. We spent a day at the beach and we had chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to haul it all at our disposal. It was awesome! The space was exceptionally clean, well organized, and impeccably decorated. It literally feels like vacation the minute you open the gate. We saw a gekko in the front yard. I may or may not have squealed, but it was very cool lol. The bed and day bed were exceptionally comfortable. The couches were gorgeous but were more form than function. They provide extra sleeping space if needed, but they were not comfortable for taking a break or lounging to watch a little tv. Good thing is you don't do much of that on vacation, plus there are a million other comfortable places to sit in both the front and back outdoor spaces! This rental met our needs perfectly, and I would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a space that's warm, welcoming, CLEAN, and close to the ocean look no further. Exceptional property.
