This was awesome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect fit, kitchen and outdoor area worked out really well for family time. The property manager Val was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and made recommendation's.

Great place to gather

5 couples traveling for a wedding. Property was great for gathering, and easy walk to the beach. Only improvement would be cushions for the dining room and barstools. Everyone commented on how hard and uncomfortable they were. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and time together. Would recommend for any large groups.

Family reunion

A great space for our family reunion of 9 adults. The pool was a favorite feature. The temp of pool was perfect no heating needed. Plenty of room to gather. There is undoubtedly no private beach access. The HOA does not permit short term renters to use it. Didn’t matter because it was too hot for the beach. AC was inconsistent. Some rooms great others too warm. Sliding door to patio difficult for our elderly family members to open and close. Overall has the feeling of a well loved vacation house. The property manager Val was terrific. Super responsive via text.

Quick beach getaway

Great location lots to do, but had to keep messaging the property manager about stuff. Loved the heated pool, but always ran out of hot water for showers. Kitchen and dinning set up wonderful for large family. Overall great for my family of 7 adults. We were looking for a quick getaway to chill and relax by the pool and got it!!

House was very nice & clean. Check-in was by code which I loved...my flight was delayed so code check-in was perfect. Nice lil best kept secret everything was great for our work/vacation. We come every year for our annual work trip. Definitely booking this one again!

Golf weekend

Our annual golf trip to Florida was greatly enhanced by our stay at the Pompano Beach House. The location and accommodations were perfect for our group. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio where we could enjoy the weather and pool and also be protected from the sun when necessary. It's a quick car or Lyft ride to many great restaurants and good golf.

Big comfortable house for a large group or family

The house was perfect for our family gathering, everyone from age 2 - 72 was comfortable and happy. The location is very nice, the private beach is wonderful. We were able to cook at home and enjoy the long weekend together without any fuss. It was a great place that we would certainly consider renting again. The manager Ken was available for all of our questions and was very helpful.

Great time and nice house

Plenty of room for the adults and kids. Good location. Short walk to beach AC is probably undersized for the house, as others have commented, but we found it to be comfortable enough. The house has plenty of fans to help move the air around. Pool is wonderful Kitchen supplies were definitely sufficient Would stay again without question.

Great Stay! Great Location!

This Pompano Beach home is perfect for grilling and chilling. Stayed here Sat - Mon, with a couple of friends prior to going on a cruise out of Port Everglades. We felt like we had our own private oasis! Never had to leave the house once we got groceries! Fully recommend. Mike was a great host. Texted friendly reminders throughout to make sure we didn’t miss any check in or check out procedures.

Nice house and swimming pool

We appreciated the house and 5 bedrooms with numerous beds as we were 6 adults and 4 children. The beds were very comfortable. The decoration was simple but pleasant. The children had lots of space to play in the pool or read in the huge dining room on the sofas After we complained about the lack of spoons, bowls and linens in the kitchen, we received what we needed. So, a nice house but it needs a serious cleaning of the carpets on the upper floor, especially in the big bedroom or to take them off.

Robbins Rd in Pompano Beach disappointment

Among the many disappointing things with this rental- sliding doors that were almost impossible to open and close, malfunctioning toilets (2 out of 4), and hot water heater that was set on scalding, poorly appointed kitchen items, lack of a surface to keep a suitcase on or a chair to sit on in the bed rooms, - we were the most upset about the “private beach access”. We had to walk about 15 mins to get to the public beach. This house must have a short future - appears the owners are renting it until they get the right price for the lot for it to become a tear down. Everything inside is worn out.
