House Rules (Must Agree to Book):

No pets

No smoking

No parties or events

No eating or sleeping on couches or beds (besides provided bedding)

No running, jumping, or horseplay

No crayons, markers, or painting activities on walls or surfaces

No glass containers at the pool (use plastic cups instead)

No tampering with curtains (they are delicate and may tear)

No touching or moving rhinestone or glass decor

No sleeping in common areas

Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

No private cleaning during stay

No daily maid service

No lease, subleasing, or third-party bookings

Fees & Penalties below

Cleaning Fee: $350 (one-time, post-checkout)

Guest Limit: 3 included | Max 4 with guest fee

Extra Guest Fee: $100 per night for 4th guest

Lost Key Fee: Full $500 security deposit forfeited if key is not returned

Damage Fee: Double deposit applies for broken glass, furniture, curtains, decor, walls, or rhinestones

Linen Policy:

$100 per stained towel or sheet

$100 for extra linen use beyond what’s provided (6 towels for 3 guests, 8 for 4 guests)

Bonus Info:

A cat lives in the home but will be secured in a locked room
