Before you unpack make sure your room is acceptable because they may offer to make an adjustment to the bill when they can’t fix your issue and then tell you they won’t because they made you an offer to move your room. "The house is nice and clean. The neighborhood was busy but nice. There were only 5 forks, no pitchers, limited mixing bowls... We had to go purchase plastic ware and a pitcher. If you plan on cooking much you may find the kitchen lacking. The beds were ok, but the "king" is not as big as the king at my house. The online listing showed two sets of twin beds, but there is only one set so we had to go buy two air mattresses. If you decided to use the house be sure to ask the host questions so you know what you are getting."
