Property was just as advertised. Very clean and excellent amenities. We especially liked the bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and foldable wagon. They made our trips to the beach very convenient. The backyard and pool area were great for low key evenings.

We had a good stay at Toes in the Sand. It was a quiet location right across the street from the beach and just a street over from Publix. Close enough to shopping and restaurants, but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The ice maker was a nice plus and there was plenty of beach gear and a cart to carry it all. Definitely good value for the money!

Great location in recovering area

Great outdoor space with easy walk to the beach. Grocery store around the corner which was very convenient. The beach was great- no large crowds due to the reconstruction of homes and condos n the area. Dolphins, ospreys, and shells galore. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great family vacation home

2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 preschool children immensely enjoyed the backyard. Plenty of room to play! Adequate room inside. Walk to the beach was an easy walk. Publix within walking distance. Located in mid-island, the beach was not crowded at all!Jason, the host, was responsive and very helpful to our questions.

Property was decorated nicely and very clean. The backyard was amazing and included salt water heated pool. Walking distance to grocery store, very short walk to beach and bicycles if you choose. We had a nice stay at this house. We loved that it had beach chairs, coolers and all the amenities we needed to enjoy both the pool and the beach. Only negative not much room to hang clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

Met all our needs!

Toes in the Sand was perfect for our family. The backyard space was great! Easy walk to the beach and Publix. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon made the short walk to the beach easy. The area of beach close to us wasn’t crowded so that was a bonus! Farther from restaurants but we were on vacation and not in a hurry to get anywhere.

Great Stay

House met all expectations. My family was comfortable throughout our stay. From the bikes and beach gear, to the ice machine and towels details were well accounted for. The extras made the stay easy and allowed us to maximize our vacation. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and packed with amenities! A fully supplied kitchen with an additional ice maker in the back hall. The beds were very comfortable for us. The backyard was very inviting with the pool/pool toys along with some outside games for kids and adults. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. The owner Jason was very friendly and responsive which was great! I would also like to add that the neighbor guy was very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand on Ft Myers Beach. The beach house was great for us and the location was perfect. Easy walk to groceries and the beach. No need to get stuck in the island traffic. Had everything we wanted. Would definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends!

Wow, great place!

Wow, just wow! We loved this house. It was close to all we needed, but the property was great all by itself! Although we could go to the beach, the pool and yard were just as fun! Plenty of room to play yard games (our teen boys played corn hole for hours). The proximity to the beach and grocery store was helpful. Also, local bus access was easy, and the property had five new cruiser-style bicycles for use.Inside the house had all the amenities you would expect, with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well supplied.We hated leaving and can't wait to stay again!

Long weekend

The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard area was so nice and great for gathering. We didn't get to use the bikes or the pool due to the weather, but everything was brand new and so nice. Great to have the food store so close also.

Thus was a girls trip. House is in a great location to the beach, only 2 miles from the main FMB which I walkable. The house itself has absolutely everything you from towels, kitchen essentials, bikes, beach chairs and wagon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more except more time. Would definitely stay here again
