"It is an older property but clean. The young woman working there was EXCELLENT! So kind & friendly it was lovely. The only suggestions I would make are to have proper vending machines that work & a beverage station or the option to have water & stuff for coffee outside of the continental breakfast hours. "

"Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates. "
