"The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Spruce Point. The amenities were great, the food was delicious, staff were kind and courteous.Housekeeping was awesome, we received service daily which some hotels do not do anymore."

"My family and I had an amazing time at the schoolhouse. It is much bigger than the pictures show! Great beds, the couches will force you to nap, and we had so much fun exploring the area. They had everything you need for fun at the beach, and lots of options for kids to keep busy. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve seen this beach house advertised for years and last year my husband and finally booked it for three nights last September and I fell in love! Not only with the cottage but its beach. I grew up in the 70’s and my grandmother and I would take her camper and stay at the camp site on popham beach. That’s where my love for popham began! Back when I was little there was an ice cream shop right in the beach!! It got washed away a few times in my childhood but it always returned. So sad it is no longer there. Anyway, yes I recommend this cottage and loved it so much my daughter and I stayed in June for three nights. This will always be my go to spot for vacation!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Communication with the manager was great and responses were quick and helpful! Thanks again! "

"The cottage was very comfortable and well-stocked for our week. We did not need to bring anything beyond personal items and food for our stay. Having perfect weather was the icing on the cake!! And the beach is as beautiful as ever. One of our favorjte places. Thank you for a great week."
