"Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed with soft linen. Hot water shower available consistently. Delicious buffet breakfast serving local and western taste. Staff were always customer focused from the security team, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and the front desk. Shout out to: Lucky, Ella, Cess-Mar, Angelo, Art, Kishia, Hanna, & Nisha. They were very attentive to their clients’ expectations and always rendering service with a smile. "

"Cozy place. Water shower trickles & takes a while to get warm. Still better while than none. NEW bath towels please. Being your own hair dryer. Bed and sheets were comfortable. AC worked really well. All you can eat buffet was delicious. The best for me was the gym. Friendly staff there and with just the right equipment to work out with lots of treadmills to get your heart rate up. There’s a SPA and massage salon next to the gym. A karaoke bar with lots of large rooms to sing your heart out in the west wing. Excellent parking (timing is everything) Security in place at all times."

"The room was sheltered from traffic and street noise. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were freshly washed and smelled clean. The lighting was good. The room had a nice high ceiling and was big. The reception is nicely remodeled. The floor was old and dirty. The bathroom was clean enough. There was no hot water. We felt safe. The area around the hotel is safe day and night. There are many old stores to explore. There are a few new shopping malls to cool off in. "
