Location acceptable but by night after 8pm the whole vicinity became a ghost town Jo eatery around the area we have to walk the pitch dark road to Robinson approx 500 meter. Not suitable for single women staying at the hotel The water supply from the tab either shower or basin is yellowish and Salty not suitable for brushing teeth or shower. We have to purchase drinking water for our need during our 2 days stay. Not suitable for family with children and senior to stay here. Look else where. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

The water from the sink and bathroom was brown and smelled bad. The fish dinner stunk and was under cooked. WiFi did not work well. I would never stay here again.

ugliest hotel ever!

horrible! the suite room sucks it's very dirty! very old blanket, pillow cases. etc. very noisy. I won't come back! please don't try to book coz it's gonna be a wast money. very not comfortable. the shower is horrible too!

Recommended Hotel

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Room service was good. Location is convenient because it is within the city. Must try food is in Roberto's located just behind the hotel. Try their lumpiang shanghai and meatballs, yummers! ☺️☺️☺️

The water is very dirty. I told the reception that the water is dirty but I was told it will come cleaner soon. They further told me to open the faucet until the water becomes clear but after 10 minutes water is still dirty!!

The staff were ok but the fire escape (and only window) was screwed shut making an escape that way if needed questionable. The door to the room was not very secure either. I didn't feel safe in the hotel so booked another hotel and moved to it.

Service is very poor. Rooms were not ready on check-in time, we have to wait 1.5hours. Finally, we got a room... The room is too small. Reception advised the 3rd mattress was wet. So I told them to remove that mattress... After we rested... We found out my friends clothes and passport were wet. They did not rectify the leaking a/c...we have to look for a better accommodation on the first day. The only good thing is the refund of 2 days was quick... But I think we should have been refunded for 3.
