"This is an old property but we found it to be clean and adequate for our one night stay. Plenty of parking available and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was nice and provided a free hot breakfast that my husband enjoyed. We will stay there again when we visit Maryville. "

"We had a great time! The cabin wasn’t too far off of everything we might need, but remote enough for us to be able to rest and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We loved the porch with the grill and the hot tub. Our kids (4 and 5) were sad to leave and asked that next time we stay a couple more nights. Communication with PJ was on top. "

The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. "

"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"
