"The directions were hard to follow--too much info, with the most important info at the very end. The location and check-in with the only access via the back alley over uneven pavement with poor lighting to a dark door and then a dark apartment was very disappointing. Once inside there were several rugs that hiked up, forming trip hazards. The host was very responsive to our message about the cold temperature. Despite lots of fancy appliances, I ended up using the microwave to heat water for tea. There was street parking but it was at a distance because of the alleyway entrance, with no access at the front."

The lobby was particularly unpresentable and failed to create a welcoming first impression. Overall, the condition and upkeep did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed in both appearance and overall management."

"Perfect place for myself and pup for an out of town wedding. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Loft was comfortable and had what I needed. Would love a full length mirror but not a dealbreaker. Would stay here again!"
