"Overall we’d recommend this place as an affordable place to lay your head in a really beautiful town. Others have mentioned that it’s an old house, and with that comes character and sometimes things you’re not used to. If old houses are your bag, this will suit you just fine. "
"Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit."

Top Fort Townsend State Park Hotel Reviews
Port Townsend Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Older but well kept family run hotel. Very affordable, room was very nice and comfortable. "
"What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. "
"First time here. You can tell they’ve done a lot of renovations. I really enjoyed my stay here. We had the premium king deluxe room with a view. Well worth the money as the view was stunning. The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly. "
Dove's Perch, An efficiency Studio at Robin's Nest Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We expected a typical efficiciency single room accomodation..like a hotel room. But were pleased to see that it in fact a seperate bedroom..Much more space to relax in. Robin is a great host, and she takes a lot of pride in caring for the rooms--and is a proud host. The accomodations are "spotless" and well prepared fro each guestShe provided excellent resturant recommendations as well"
"Such a cool and unique historic hotel in downtown Port Townsend. We like the hotel so much we extended our stay. Great location across the street from waterfront and public square where musicians played mid-day. Rooms are beautiful, hotel is so fun to walk around and explore the community spaces. Enjoyed the complementary local newspaper in the morning with coffee from "better living through coffee" across the street. We want to come back to Port Townsend and stay here again!"
"Very comfortable bed and room, excellent location, loved drinking coffee on our patio overlooking the sea and watching the boats come and go from the harbor and the birds and other wildlife-we watched otters playing on our last day! Very quiet and fun little beach just steps down from our room. Short walk to two local and fun cafes. No elevator so you need to be able to carry your belongings upstairs or ask for the first floor. Older motel but nice updates in rooms. Would absolutely return to the Waterfront Inn! "
