Welcome to Emerald Towers West Condominiums. 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo with everything you need. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY IS BEACH CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTAL! (March 1st- October 31st) We are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our condo is directly on the beach, unobstructed views, with nothing but the dunes between you and the beach. (5th floor) You couldn't get any closer! You can see all the way to the Okaloosa pier to the left, to the right you can see to the end of the Island. The Fall and Winter sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! You can actually watch the sunrise and set during the fall and winter from our balcony and master bedroom!!
It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1500 square foot remodeled condo. Jan 2024, Brand new couches and den furniture. New ceiling fans in every room. The condo has been completely repainted for a fresh updated look! We have purchased new beds, linens, spreads, furniture, as well as new 40" smart tvs for the bedrooms, Smart 65" TV in den. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and appliances you will need to have a great trip! New, 2022, refrigerator with filtered in door ice and water. We even have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are also two bar stools.The new appliances and a huge granite bar make for an easy time to cook, hangout and have direct amazing views of the gulf. The den has a 65" smart television. The balcony is accessible from the den and master bedroom. We have taken every measure to have your stay like being at home.
There is an outdoor pool and bar be que grills with tables. (outdoor bathhouse next to pool). The short walkway over the dunes also includes a shower to rinse off.
We are about two miles to the Okaloosa Boardwalk, where you can shop, grab a bite to eat, and let the kids play on the beach playground. You can fish from the Okaloosa Pier or just go for a walk and see sea turtles, dolphin, or someone else's catch! The Gulfarium, a marine adventure park, is right there with dolphin and sea lion shows daily. The Fort Walton area has some great restaurants, shopping, and bars to walk around and hang out. You can always head to Destin, a 6 mile drive, where there is the Silver Sands outlet and Destin Commons Mall and Big Kahuna's Water Park. There is something for everyone!
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and have a 2 night minimum other months indicated under rates. (Some exceptions apply to this rule) Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract and copy of your license within 24 hours of booking. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.

We had the absolute best time at this condo! The location was amazing. The short walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella that come with it were one of the best things. We loved the view from the balcony and seeing the dolphins in the morning and evening!

We stayed here for a getaway to celebrate our 40th class reunion. It was perfect for our needs, plenty of room/bathrooms for the 6 of us. My 4 star for accuracy of the online listing was because it said soap and shampoo would be provided but it wasn't. Not a biggie just an inconvenience.

The owners are amazing. We had to leave a day early because of hurricane weather and they refunded us the day we lost. We didnt even ask about it. They take care of the people that stay with them. Its always well stocked with everything you need. We come here every year absolutely love it.

Much needed vacation

My family really enjoyed their stay here. My dad and I spent plenty of time on the balcony in the evening just enjoying the sound of the waves and the views! Although we didn't have great weather the full time we were there, we found plenty to do in the area to pass the time. The host was always responsive and it really felt like home away from home ♥️

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided on each bathroom. The location is wonderful and the beach is so pristine and beautiful. There was a ‘borrow bin’ with sand toys at the base of the walkway to the beach which was great for us since we have small children. We have nothing but good things to say about this place and would definitely come back!

Perfect family spring break

We had a wonderful time here and really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable, had the perfect amount of space and gave our kids some privacy and the ability to veg out in their rooms for a day if they needed the space. I love the location, a little further down the island where the crowds are a little lighter. The views from the balcony and master bedroom couldn’t be beat and we loved having daily access to the beach service umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again the next time we make our way to this part of Florida!

Great time!

Everything was awesome about our stay, the check in process was easy, the owner was quick to respond when I had questions, & worked with me quickly when we decided to extend our vacation by an extra day! The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is the pool is small & on the street side of the condo, not beach side. This worked out ok though, just was a surprise to see.

Wonderful Trip

The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean and the owner is responsive and kind. We forgot to print out the parking pass and she took care of that and even more impressive was that she went above and beyond when we forgot a pillow there, she personally delivered it to a friend that was still on the island.The location is slightly away from the action which is perfect because it's still within minutes of everything, but that area of beach is much less crowded.So many VRBO's are ridiculous in their checkout requirements, but hers are reasonable and I didn't feel like I was doing the cleaning crew's job on my last day of vacation.If there was any negative, it was the cleaning crew above us. They were extremely loud and started around 7am. The building noise policy is quiet from 10pm to 10am, so I'm not sure how they get around that. In fairness, we didn't complain because we figured they were just doing their job. Overall, we would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it.
