Waterscape's A133 stylishly decorated with colorful greens and reds with hints of black. The artwork and furnishings have been hand picked with the beach in mind. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main hallway near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. This condo offers wider door frames, shower bars, pedestal sinks, and lower countertops.

This condo was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you need for 2 days. Enough to get you started if you staying longer. The pool area is great, they have fun for the little kids to big kids, moved night by the pool and karaoke 🎤 . My family had a great time and safe clean place to sleep. Thank you

Loved that this was part of waterscape however, it was not up to waterscape standards. We have stayed at this location before but not this room. It was dirty. We notified housekeeping and they were willing to clean it further but we were only here for two nights. So we declined. It was just disappointing.

This unit needs to be updated. The dishwasher was broken and flooded everywhere, and I see that there was a previous review about the broken dishwasher and obviously nothing was done. It was not very clean, there was sand on the floor when we arrived. Not a lot of pots and pans/kitchen tools available. The mattresses are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the couches have stains all over them. We had family staying in another unit that was 10x nicer so we were able to compare, and we paid similar prices. As far as the overall property, it is great for kids. The location of the unit in convenient to the parking garage and pool. As well, the check in process was very easy.

We’ve stayed at waterscape 6 times in the last 5 years. We love the place. This room was very dirty. Couches and couch pillows were sticky and covered in stains. We had to use extra sheets to cover them. Baseboards, showers, tubs, and floors were visibly dirty. Not something a normal cleaning crew can clean before the next guest arrives. We tried to check in 45 mins early and the host said check in was a 4 pm and there were NO EXCEPTIONS. When we went to the front desk they told us the room was ready and they let us in. You don’t want to deal with this type of host. They do not care about their renters. They have the thermostat locked where you can’t cool the unit properly. 100+ degree weather when we stayed. Try to find another unit at this place. Waterscape is awesome place to stay and we’ve had great rooms here but would not recommend this room!

First. I was very, very impressed with the rental company. They were very organized. Very responsive. The staff we interacted with were friendly and cordial. The property was clean, the pool area was well thought out and fun, and the beach access and umbrella/chairs were very nice. We didn’t understand what “access to all the amenities before our room was ready” meant until we were there. Beach chairs and umbrellas, lazy River, pool, gym, bathrooms with showers. Very nice. The condo itself was very clean. It was roomier than we expected. Huge bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice updates to kitchen. Not brand new. But not old appliances and counters. Over all we would definitely stay here again. 5 stars for sure.⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This condo was perfect for us. We are a family of 4 and our son took a friend. The bathrooms and living area were spacious. Condo was convenient, parking was easy and convenient and the pool area was great! Would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was very minor as we had trouble getting the dishwasher to work (but did finally get it to work).

The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, pot holders, and the dishwasher needs to be replaced or fixed. The sofa was not clean and needs to be replaced. The mattresses weren’t terrible, but they were not the greatest. A few minor changes would have the condo looking and feeling much better. The washing machine is very loud. It sounds like a belt needs to be replaced. Overall I know this sounds like complaints, but I am just offering my opinion on how you can improve, but, please understand we had a great trip and I would stay at waterscape again. It’s a very family friendship place and we felt safe the whole time. We felt the condo had enough space for us and and the large dining room table was very helpful. We were glad to be able to relax and watch normal tv in the evenings. The pool and the beach were both clean. I recommend a rocker in the living room for rocking babies.

We have stayed at Waterscape Resort a few times and we return because of the pool amenities and it’s beach front location. This particular condo was ideally located right near the parking garage with easy access to the pool. The only downside was that the condo was not very clean. The floors had dirt on them and have clearly not been mopped in ages. There was dust on the furniture, walls, and door near the A/C filter (I ended up wiping the door down due to preferences of air quality). The A/C filter is also in need of immediate replacement. The couches are full of stains and are extremely uncomfortable. The white headboard in the master bedroom also has some weird stains as well. The sliding doors do not lock, and rods are provided to keep the doors from opening but it was a bit of a concern to be on the first floor without being able to fully lock the doors onto the balcony. The kitchen has a broken hinge on the left door under the sink and the middle rod is also broken with exposed screws and metal brackets (safety concern). The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but there was hair on the floors and the toilets were questionable so we cleaned those ourselves as well. The master bathroom’s tub faucet is also very difficult to turn and leaks water. Overall the condo needs a good cleaning, paint refresher, and a few repairs.
