Staff were warm and friendly, except for one gentleman during check-in. My daughter really appreciated the Easter décor, which was a nice touch. Decent hotel for our Indiana visit while spending time with family. Breakfast was okay. The room could have used more thorough cleaning, especially under the bed skirts, and the bathroom could use some updates. Overall, a good stay.

This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room at Wyndham across the street. Which cost me more money. What a horrible experience. Ruined our first vacation with our granddaughter. Please refund my money

The staff we encountered were very friendly, We joined my husband on a business trip so we reserved two rooms. They were just okay one was a little better than the other. They were across from each other. One of the rooms we questioned if it was even cleaned? My husband noticed a strong odor and it ended up being someone's left over pasta left in the microwave for who knows how long, that was nasty 😳 then I noticed two used washcloths hanging over the shower curtain rod that was also overlooked, again nasty! It's a hotel that really needs some updating I guess if you are just passing through and need a night to lay your head It's ok. We were there for three nights and to be really honest I wished I had picked something better. I felt kinda deceived by the reviews and pictures which I'm pretty diligent with really looking at.
