Several items were broken- fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, door to the room, tv stand, toilet paper holder and jacuzzi. Dirty room- bedsheets, jacuzzi, floor and several other things. Someone’s toe nail on the floor.
Yellow stains on mattress cover
Food or something on jacuzzi, inside the jacuzzi had dirt and soemthing dried on it.
Broken tv stand, they used a door stopper on the left and some kind of food container on the right. Tape to cover or maybe help secure the from damage.

Place was gross. Smelled terrible. Asked to change rooms. Was moved to room with stains all over the bed but didn’t realize till I was ready to go to sleep. In the morning I asked that the rest of my stay be canceled. Now the won’t refund my money for the rest of the days. I have no problem paying for the day I stayed there. Horrible experience.

Our stay was fine until this morning around 8:30. Housekeeping knocked one time and then proceeded to try and walk in. Thankfully, we had the latch lock, locked, so they couldn't fully open the door. When we checked out, i told the front desk about it and whoever was working brushed us off.

We were given a room that the cleaning hadn't been completed. No coffee maker. No water cups. Complimentary coffee was awful. They did not clean the snow out of the parking lot and we were stuck for a while.

We rented a king size and when we got to the room it was two doubles. So we had to correct that. It had snowed the day before and nothing was cleared off. The breakfast was minimal. Cold pot of coffee. Waffle iron didn’t heat up enough and waffles never got done. There was one bagel and items weren’t replenished (and we were there by 7:30am). Room was decent/comfortable; but the fridge didn’t work. Staff was pleasant, but very difficult to understand. Room was reasonable, but would not stay again.

Room was good. They closed down breakfast at 8:30 even though yhey told us it was open till 9am. The pool was closed and no got tub. BUT The most important part is i used hotels.com to book room , whe i checked in i was told i had to oay a $25 deposit wich would be refunded when i check out. It has been 3 weeks and it has not been refunded. So i called to ask about it and got the runaround trying to get ahold of the correct people to take care of it. They say that they just now did refund after i raised hell. So be cautious i thi k they are trying to run a scam.
