Our stay was just an overnight. However with such a big hotel I would think they would consider who they put you near. The hotel is not full but we ended up near a family with toddles. They were extremely loud till late at night and woke to yelling and screaming and running around like herds of elephants. So my sleep was lacking because of it.

Room was spacious and very clean. We booked the room to take our grandkids swimming and though the pool area was nice and clean the water was extremely cold, like ice cold. Didn't feel like there was a heater or any type of temperature control at all. We tried to make the best of it but that was a huge downfall being that was the only reason we were there. Breakfast was a little disappointing for a Hilton property, very few options. Overall the property was in great condition and was in a nice area.

Great stay, avoid the restaurant

The room was great and hotel staff were friendly. The second morning I bought breakfast at the restaurant and the server tried to charge my card $15 more than what my bill was. It declined and popped up on my phone notifying me. She then ran it for the correct amount and it worked. When she brought out my receipt she didn’t mention anything about running it for too much, which I feel like if it was accidental she would have. Anyway we got a pet friendly hotel room and my cat enjoyed the places to climb. It was a studio so came equipped with real plates, silverware, cups and coffee mugs and an apartment sized fridge and dishwasher. It was great! I wish the coffee machine would have been a kcup kind, with a studio and getting some groceries for the stay it would have been nice to get my own coffee. The free breakfast I got the first morning was better than most.

I just wanted to send a shout out to the gentleman who I believe was the manager on duty Monday evening, 01/30. As I was checking in he was passing by, welcomed me and then proceeded to ask me what brought me to town. I responded with that I taking my state board exam for Nursing. He wished me luck and off I went to my room. The next morning I had just finished breakfast and was lounging in the lobby area to waste time. He was passing by and then proceeded to wish me luck for my exam again, which took me by surprise. The fact that he remembered a conversation from the night before and then went out of his way to send good wishes put a smile on my face and was exactly what I needed to hear. His genuine attitude and demeanor is hard to find these days! Just wanted to say thank you. I passed my exam and if I’m ever back in the Fort Wayne area I know what hotel to book.

The areas we visited were all clean. Only thing that needs some love is the washer and dryers. Staff were all very nice and welcoming.

It's close to the hospital and a nice walk, and a park across the street. Felt safe to leave 14yo when got an emergency call from the hospital to return. Only bad thing was the pool was so cold we didn't enjoy it so we Got dressed and set outside on the patio. They didn't explain where our breakfast area was so we unfortunately ate at the opposite end of the bldg and was charged for breakfast, and that was expensive for what we were served.

The staff was great. Don't like the every other day room cleaning policy. Would prefer it if the garbage could be emptied and fresh towels provided every day like we do at home. We arrived on Friday and the room was never cleaned while we were there through Sunday. We asked for fresh towels, which were received, but the used towels were left on the floor.
