It was the perfect location for our visit. Carol communicated professionally and quickly.Wishes - It would be convenient to have closets in the upstairs bedrooms; updated pots and pans, an extra kitchen towel and sponge, fresh paint on a lot of the white baseboards (especially upstairs bathroom), and some sprucing up of the basement,Concern - the first handle rail on the right side going down the basement stairs is broken.

Weekend stay for basketball tournament

Nice home in a nice location in Fort Wayne. Close to downtown and the various locations we had to go to for basketball. Neighborhood seems safe and well maintained. Close to restaurants and the local park. Very happy with our host, and she was flexible with our checkout due to our tournament times.

Our go-to place to stay in Fort Wayne

This was our second time staying for multiple nights at this lovely property. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was very nice and it was the perfect place for our party of 4 adults to stay while visiting family. Really enjoyed the beautiful rose garden at the park a couple blocks away. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay here again!

Clean home nice location

Clean home nicely located in town. Short drive to local stores and attractions. Bedrooms all upstairs share one bathroom but another bathroom is available on the first floor. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Just what we needed

This house was just what we needed for our visit with our elderly aunt in Fort Wayne. Lots of room, so clean and well stocked. The private, off street, parking was wonderful and the deck in the back on a beautiful fall day was terrific!! Our aunt loves to play games and the large table in the dining room was perfect. Thanks to our host for great communication and availability during our stay. Oh....and the beds were oh so comfortable!!

What a gem!

We highly recommend this home for your stay when coming to the Fort Wayne area. We had an incredibly restful four night stay at this gem of a property in Fort Wayne. The home is impeccably clean and has a very usable and desirable layout. The living room offers two sofas and the TV has an incredible selection of channels and the owners have a plethora of board games on hand. The kitchen has all the utensils one could need or wish for if desiring to dine in. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect with a private driveway for parking and close to shopping and attractions. Enjoy a short walk/jog down to Lakeside park and enjoy the exquisite roses and walk the community. There is also an abundance of playground equipment at the park if you have little ones.

A cozy retreat, centrally located in Fort Wayne, IN

A cozy property right in the heart of Fort Wayne. A lovely neighborhood close to a wonderful rose themed garden park. We loved the modern kitchen with gas stove. Plenty of cozy blankets and extra fans. Spices, cooking oils, coffee, and tea were well stocked. Perfect as a retreat from either a busy family visit or vacation stay. Property was easy to access, easy to park, and we had groceries delivered at the start of our stay from the local Kroger. I highly recommend that, even if it costs a small fee. The convenience of not having to run out for a quick grocery run right after arriving was amazing. Skip laundry detergent, dish tabs, and even shampoo & conditioner or body wash, as all of that was thoughtfully provided.

Cozy family stay in Fort Wayne

I am from Ft. Wayne but have lived out of state for 22 years. My family had an important event and several of us needed to travel back to the Fort. I decided to rent this home vs. 3 hotel rooms so we could spend more quality time together. This home was perfect for us. The surrounding area is well kept, safe, and lovely. We enjoyed walking around Lakeside Park. We were close to restaurants and stores. This home was very clean, comfortable, and well updated. Carol is very responsive and helpful, with every attention to detail. There are several small labels around the kitchen and other light fixtures which were helpful. Pantene shampoo and conditioner is provided, as well as body wash. Coffee, sugar, and decaf tea is also provided. Our stay was "easy like Sunday morning." We loved our time there and highly recommend this home.

Great Location! Great House!

This house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, kitchen was updated and well-supplied, deck was super cute with table, chairs, hammock, outdoor games and bicycles. Both full bathrooms were great. 3 1/2 bedrooms worked well, as we had a 13 year old who appreciated his own space on a cot we brought with us. Beds were comfy. I should have brought a fan but forgot, even though I read other reviews that suggested it. When you have a full house with everyone sleeping upstairs and a few snorers, it got a bit stuffy. We opened windows a crack to get some air movement. The location is wonderful! Walked to Lakeside Park and enjoyed pickleball one night. The court lights went off at 11:30 pm, perfect after a Tincaps game that evening. We got some pretty pictures at Lakeside one afternoon. Also walked along beautiful Forest Park Blvd. You won’t be disappointed to rent this awesome home.

Graduation Weekend

This was a perfect place to host our immediate family and celebrate our son's college graduation with an outdoor picnic. We had everything we needed and everyone was able to stay in one place!
