"Very nice experience overall. When you book, ask for an interior room. Our balcony overlooked the parking lot. Interior rooms overlook a lovely courtyard. I reported to the desk that our toilet was a little wobbly and the bottles in the shower for shampoo and body wash needed to be replaced. The pumps were overused. No breakfast or coffee included, but a discount at the attached restaurant was offered when you show room key. Dinner at that restaurant was very good but pricey. We didn't have breakfast there."

"Loved the location right off I-90. Checking in and out were a breeze. Breakfast is always a plus. The room had an odd odor, but it was nothing we couldn't handle. We didn't need to request a room change."
