"It looks great on the outside but don’t be fooled. Upon arrival I was charged $100 more than quoted. The guy at the front desk said “Expedia always charges less than the actual fee”. Be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. The window blinds were covered in dirt. The inside of the tub was clean but the outside of the bathtub had not been cleaned in a while. There was toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom wall. The bed linens were clean and the mattress comfortable. Be aware of the linen fee charged daily but no one communicated we could change out the linens daily. Kitchenette provided but you will need to provide ALL your own cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. The hallway on the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor had not been swept in a while and was not swept at all during the four days of our stay, The elevator had an unusual smell and on the 2nd day broke down anyway. There was also no WiFi. The front desk suggested we go to Walmart and purchase our own router. We will definitely NOT be staying here again."

"It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very affordable. The beds and linens were comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure and the pet policy was great. However, I reserved and paid in full in Hotels.com and when I got to the hotel I was then told I had to pay an additional 30% deposit of the total room charge cos that was “hotel policy” yet that was not disclosed during the reservation and payment stage online. I have yet to receive that deposit back and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel, because that deposit seems like a scam."

"Only 2 hangers in the room and couldn't get any more from the front desk. Breakfast, was less than most places."

"Large child jumping off bed constantly and running across room starting at 3:30 am. Believe no parent was in room as would think would control child and heard no voice until 6:30 am. Held out for hope til 5am and reported to front desk after waiting for 10 min at desk and employee finally came in from parking lot. Would not offer any solution even though we could not sleep since 3:30 and had no plans to wake til 10 am for funeral and family activities. Would not give another room to sleep and did not even offer apology nor would they contact people in room above us. So exhausted with no sleep, we had to skip next days activities and go home directly after funeral. Ridiculous that you spend 130.00 plus to simply lay your head diwn to sleep and company does nothing to help make that happen. Adults nor children should be allowed to disturb so completely and should be added to list for 1st floor ONLY for future stays. I warned them to not put anyone else in our room after we left if that family was still in room above or Fairfield will lose another customer for life. Worst hotel stay in my 59 years with no apologies or solutions offerred. A small bunk room with bed only for sleeping should be built and kept for such occasions. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful, however; their TV's were very old school and still had digital cable and TV with lots of lag.. Note: the rooms are carpeted and if you want to.soak you can in their full size tubs. The room came equipped with plenty of coffee and a redrigerator."
